Joyce Whittaker has successfully owned, operated, & worked out of "New Luxury Hair Studio" for over 14 years. With 30+ years of experience and being in the beauty industry it is safe to say hair is our passion, and our passion shows on every client that walks out of our doors.
Joyce was originally born and raised in Buffalo, NY and in 1997 decided it was time for a change. After relocating to Georgia in 1997, looking for a new adventure, "New Luxury Hair Studio" was born to offer all girls the opportunity to be whomever they wanted through their hair.
Working in the beauty industry has been known as Joyce's favorite adventure so far -- she loves building strong connections with clients and helping them express their personalities through their appearance. It's been a joy building confidence and offering new looks!
